WESTLAW NEXT Tip of the Week: Stay current on updates in the Law with Westlaw bulletins & Topical Highlights

April 15, 2013

Tip of the Week

If you haven’t discovered Westlaw Topical Highlights or Westlaw® Bulletins yet, get ready to add them to your Favorites. Thomson Reuter’s attorney-editors have been summarizing recent federal and state, judicial, legislative, and administrative activities as far back as 1988.

Attorney-editors write thorough, yet concise summaries as new cases come down and legislative and administrative developments occur. These Topical Highlights and Bulletins offer a great way to quickly get up to speed on the specifics of a recent case or legislative action without having to read a lengthy 30-page opinion or 300-page bill.

To access Topical Highlights and Bulletins, first click on Secondary Sources on the WestlawNext® homepage. Then click the link to Westlaw Bulletins & Topical Highlights on the right under Tools & Resources.
