Racetrack was not strictly liable to patron who was bit by snake in racetrack’s parking lot; there was no allegation to prove that racetrack owned the snake, and thus, racetrack was not liable under statute rendering an owner of an animal answerable for damage animal has caused and mere fact that racetrack owned parking lot and snake was on lot did not create strict liability on part of racetrack; moreover, snake was not vice or defect in parking lot.
