168 False ImprisonmentAllegations that decedent’s family entered funeral home’s limousine believing they were being driven to burial service, that family was driven against their will and over their protests to funeral director’s bank, that body was at mortuary, that director shouted “I want my money and I want it now! Ain’t nobody going nowhere until I get paid,” and that family was at bank for approximately 45 minutes stated cause of action based on false imprisonment for breach of implied covenant to provide appropriate and dignified burial service.
