Description of the Contest
Each ACC Annual Meeting attendee will find a bingo card in the shape of a prize wheel in their hotel room. They must bring the bingo card to the Thomson Reuters booth, booth 416. Extras will be available at the booth for those that forget them in the hotel room.
Upon arriving at the booth, the attendee must get his or her bingo card validated by at least three of the Thomson Reuters stations. Eligible stations include: WestlawNext, Thomson Reuters Concourse, Pangea3, Serengeti, Practical Law, eDiscovery Solutions, Transactional Tools/Resources, and Investigative & Due Diligence Resources. Attendees must fill out the prize wheel bingo card with their contact information and validation from four of the booth representatives signifying they have met the above requirement. Completed cards should be put in the drop box located on the reception counter of the Thomson Reuters booth.
If attendees get validation from all Thomson Reuters stations they will be entered in the contest twice. In order to be entered in the contest twice, attendee must inform the booth staff member at the reception counter and that staff member will (1) validate that the attendee has received validation at all Thomson Reuters stations; and (2) Thomson Reuters will then make an additional bingo card in their name and will then put both bingo cards in the drop box on behalf of the attendee.
