Attorney Michael (Mike) Carroll of Hawaii is stoked. A term used when a surfer finds himself in harmony with life, surfing, and an ever-changing relationship with the ocean. It’s why Mike gets up at 4 a.m. and drives across Oahu to go surfing – all before he goes to work.
“I really can’t imagine how anyone can practice law without an avenue for escape. For me, it’s surfing.”
Mike likes working in a smaller law firm for the same community feeling he gets from surfing – you get to know the people. He and his firm of 20 attorneys handle complex construction, real estate, and sophisticated business transaction and litigation, including a big case for the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands.
