Jim Holland of Seattle is no stranger to putting up a good fight as a trial lawyer and an avid fly fisherman. In 2001, he fought a once-in-lifetime fish for two hours before he landed the 202-pound tarpon. When it comes to fishing, Jim is hooked.
He recently took a three-day trip the week before a jury trial. “I was able to do that because WestlawNext was so instrumental in helping me quickly research and draft my motions. Instead of sweating the research and pouring over case law the week before trial, my research was finished, and I went fishing,” Jim said. “More lawyers should use WestlawNext and take the week before trial to unwind.”
