Reference Attorneys Have Great Work/Life Balance

Reference Attorneys 30

The best part of being a Reference Attorney is the flexibility the position provides. Because the Reference Attorneys are available 24 hours a day, I can still have a challenging and fulfilling legal career while working hours that work for my family. By working evenings / overnights, I can be available to do the school drop off and pick up, help with homework, chaperone field trips, and attend after school activities. At the same time, I can later go to work and put my legal education and experience to good use helping other attorneys conduct their legal research and utilizing our wonderful Westlaw products! It is truly the best of both worlds. The flexibility and work/life balance allows me to be both a better parent and a better attorney. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work in the unique role of Reference Attorney!
