WESTLAW NEXT Tip of the Week: Color Code your Research with Multiple Colors for Notes & Highlighting
October 28, 2013
Throw away your highlighters! More than 10,000 documents are highlighted every day on WestlawNext®. Now you can add notes and highlight documents in seven different colors: yellow, blue, green, pink, orange, purple, and even black. When you highlight in black, the text changes to white so the highlighting appears if you print on a black-and-white printer.
Choose the color you want for “supporting law” or “non-supporting law” or maybe a specific color for a given legal topic. If you remember a certain part of a case was against your argument but the rest was in-favor, it’s easy to scan the document and see the distinct color pop off the page.
The best part: — WestlawNext never runs out of ink!
