When you run a WestlawNext search, your result in any content category is, by default, sorted by relevance. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
As of September 3rd, you can set a new default sort order for any or all of the core content categories in your WestlawNext search result. Click Preferences; the Preferences dialog box is displayed. Click the Search tab, and then select Date, Most Cited, or Most Used (where available) to change the sort order for one or more core content categories. Click Save.
