30 Appeal and ErrorAlthough, under “right for any reason” rule, Court of Appeals will affirm correct ruling of trial court on grounds not addressed below, Court of Appeals does not apply “wrong for any reason” rule to reverse incorrect rulings on issues not raised or ruled upon in trial court.
