223 Intoxicating LiquorsA “moonshine still” within the terms and meaning of Acts 1919, c. 108, § 37, is any mechanism, apparatus, or device kept or maintained in any desert, secluded, hidden, secret, or solitary place, away from the observation of the general public, for the purpose of distilling liquors in such place.
