Evidence that inmate had referred to Colorado Department of Corrections (DOC) employees with terms such as “wanna-be Nazis” and “doughnut eating, coffee swilling buffoons,” in his grievances about denial of use of microwave oven, was sufficient to support his disciplinary conviction for violation of DOC verbal abuse regulation.
