West's Key 52 Banks and Banking
West's Key 52III Functions and Dealings
West's Key 52III(A) Banking Franchises and Powers, and Their Exercise in General
West's Key 52k100 k. Torts.

Even if drive-through bank was negligent in failing to remove ice, snow, or water, in failing to warn, and in failing to have clip in extended deposit drawer to hold money from blowing away, absence of clip was open and obvious, and condition of driveway was equally observable by both bank and customer, and thus, customer’s negligent act of jumping out of her car and chasing after money that had blown out of drawer without looking where she was running was sole proximate cause of her fall.
