Where judge, without any justification, orders law enforcement officers to bring coffee vendor before him, authorizing use of handcuffs, excoriates handcuffed vendor for quality of his product after he is brought to judge’s chambers and judge thereafter gives false testimony under oath when questioned about matter by Temporary State Commission on Judicial Conduct, judge’s conduct warrants removal from judicial office.
