379 TortsUnder New Jersey law as predicted by the Court of Appeals, season ticket-holder, who alleged, inter alia, tortious interference with contract as well as cause of action under consumer fraud statute, suffered no cognizable injury to a legally protected right or interest through the acts of an opposing football team in “stealing” his team’s signals by means of surreptitious videotaping; ticket only granted its holder a contractual right to entry into the stadium and a seat from which to watch the specified game.
