Chapter 7 debtor who was found to have intentionally lied, both in his schedules and at trial of proceeding to deny his discharge based on his “false oaths,” could not avoid consequences of his knowing false statements based solely upon his alleged lack of sophistication; debtor’s conduct could not be excused, no matter whether debtor was a business-owning or professionally employed perjurer or simply a working class perjurer.
