110 Criminal LawCharacter testimony was insufficient to demonstrate defendant official’s lack of predisposition to solicit bribes, for purposes of entrapment defense, as his own account demonstrated criminal character, when he stated “I don’t deal with two bit hustlers, okay, okay, okay, now I can deal with a crook knowing he’s a crook like Johnny D. I know he’s crooked as can be.”
