413 Workers' CompensationWhere a servant had his arm fractured, and about four months later the fracture parted when he attempted to crank an automobile, such parting of the fracture was but a result of the first accident, and compensation should be paid by the insurance company carrying the insurance at the time of the first accident, and not by an insurance company carrying the insurance at the time of the second accident.
