Property owner could not be held in contempt for interfering with city’s removal of tree by placing a monkey in tree and placing trucks under it after court entered order declaring city to be owner of tree where there had been no direct court order telling owner to remove such objects or not to place them in path of the tree, or to do no act interfering with city’s removal of tree.
