Activities of plaintiff in putting out cigarettes in his mouth and diving off stairs to impress women, hurting himself in order to collect unemployment so as to have time for body surfing, fighting in gang fights as a youngster, and eating insects, though generally unflattering and perhaps embarrassing, were simply not offensive to a degree of morbidity or sensationalism as would have precluded their publication in defendants’ magazine as newsworthy.
