In proceeding in which accused was charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of armed robbery and two counts of murder, in which State sought to prove one continuing conspiracy involving both Friday night burglary and Saturday night burglary and murder and in which there was slight circumstantial evidence of a general conspiracy as to both Friday night and Saturday night occurrences, denial of motion to sever indictment, which charged accused with Friday night burglary, from remaining indictments was not error.
