413 Workers' CompensationWorkers’ compensation claimant failed to demonstrate that his purchase of a six-person home spa pool was medically necessary, despite treating physician’s prescription for a “spa pool,” where physician’s prescription did not call for a “home” spa pool, nor did it call for a spa pool capable of seating six people, and nothing in the record indicated that claimant could not receive similar treatment, i.e., water/heat therapy, elsewhere, like at a fitness/health center.
