Motion picture stuntwoman injured in automobile collision did not assume risk of injury, where director did not inform her that original take, in which vehicle cut across front of opposing traffic and onto opposite shoulder, passed oncoming cars, and then returned to highway, would be altered to have automobile drive head-on into opposing traffic, weave through it in serpentine fashion, and double speed utilized in first performance of stunt.
