The presence of a four-month-old daschund puppy, who weighed four pounds, in grocery store did not create a dangerous condition, and thus store was not liable to grocery store patron for injuries she sustained when she ran away from dog and ran into a freezer; there was no evidence that dog was dangerous or had barked or chased any other store patrons, and it was not reasonable for store to anticipate that anyone would have such a reaction to a dog in store.
