09-29-14Sailboat may, on basis of its size, weight, shape and operating potential, be deemed a ‚Äúdangerous instrumentality‚ÄĚ for purposes of rule that parent has affirmative duty to protect third parties from damages due to minor child’s possession, use, or operation of dangerous instrumentalities.
