Costs for online legal research conducted by attorneys for shareholders in derivative action against medical corporation were recoverable, where attorneys had billed research expenses separately from their hourly rates, and use of online research services likely reduced the number of hours required for research, compared to manual searching, thereby lowering their overall fees.
