Motion picture producers showed bad faith in violating trademarks on motion picture “Bridge Over the River Kwai,” supporting requirement that bond be posted before trademark infringement determination could be appealed; producers knew of trademarks, and deliberately entitled their film “Return from the River Kwai,” when there was no plot connection between films, or even presence of any river in second film, after first few minutes.
