Trial court could not be said to have violated defendant’s due process rights by not allowing him to present witnesses and evidence or cross-examine adverse witnesses at post-release supervision revocation hearing, where defendant was afforded an opportunity to present a case but instead opted to waste that opportunity by picking up a heavy microphone stand and throwing it across the courtroom, causing damage to the courtroom’s wall.
