76D Child CustodyIn a proceeding to determine custody of children, the best interests of children are not dictated nor determined by which parent has the most free time and is most readily available to the children twenty four hours per day, seven days per week; children do not require a helicopter parent, present at all times, ready to swoop in at the slightest inkling of a problem, because children grow, in part, by problem solving.
