Animal exhibitor and his parents knowingly and voluntarily agreed to waive any due process right to challenge results of animal drug test performed on exhibitor’s lamb, which won champion lamb prize at State Fair; mother signed animal affidavit providing that she was bound by terms of State Fair handbook, which, in turn, stated that test results from testing laboratories were final and binding, exhibitor agreed that he had consented to drug testing and terms of the handbook, and although father did not sign the animal affidavit, he was aware of the drug testing policy and had read the handbook’s general terms and conditions.
