- 164k11 k. Injuries from Discharge of Fireworks.
Limousine driver’s injuries, sustained when he was struck by fireworks ignited by attendees as tribute to deceased, were not caused by funeral home’s failure to supervise funeral, but were result of criminal acts committed by attendees after funeral service had been completed, and thus funeral home did not owe limousine driver any duty.
