237 Libel and SlanderWebsite’s placement of hotel on “Dirtiest Hotels” list was opinion that was not actionable under Tennessee law as defamation; “dirtiest” was hyperbolic term that conveyed subjective concept, website stated list was based on views of its users, comments next to other hotels on list indicated list served function of entertaining website’s readers, and there was no recurring theme of what users considered to be dirty in each hotel on list.
