197 Habeas CorpusAny error in admission of painting made by petitioner while in prison was harmless, in penalty phase of capital murder trial, and did not warrant federal habeas relief, even when coupled with prosecutor’s statements suggesting that painting represented “monster” or “demon” within petitioner, inasmuch as evidence against petitioner was overwhelming.
