282 Obstructing JusticeProsecution sufficiently plead, in accusatory instrument, elements of physical interference, as well as independent unlawful act, as required for prima facie case of obstruction of governmental administration, by alleging that defendant released live crickets into public auction room, causing attendees to scream, climb onto chairs, and run to exits, and resulting in suspension of proceedings.
