110 Criminal LawCoconspirator testimony about defendant’s role in smuggling methamphetamine into country in air travelers’ shoes was admissible in drug prosecution, notwithstanding certain inconsistencies and conflicts in two coconspirators’ testimony and their potential bias in light of their plea agreements, where their testimony was not inherently unbelievable and was corroborated by direct evidence.
