Non-Catholic professor failed to demonstrate that university discriminated on basis of religion by offering free housing and other free benefits to members of religious order that operated university; although members of order received various benefits that other faculty members did not receive, they also did not receive salaries, which had been paid to association that maintained residence in which members lived.
