Under Montana law, public library did not breach any duty towards visitor in terminating his library privileges, where visitor engaged in multiple confrontations with staff after library refused to maintain a letter he had written to the President of the United States in its collection, he wrote a letter to library director which made a veiled reference to domestic terrorism, he confronted a staff member in such a way that member had to be allowed to go home to calm down, and member reported incident to the police.
