230 JuryIn prosecution for being a felon in possession of a firearm, court’s use during voir dire of term “gangsta rap” was not improper; defendant introduced topic into case by mentioning to arresting officer that danger was inherent in that business, court’s intent was to determine whether any potential juror had an unusual affinity for or aversion to such music, and use of term was relevant to such determination.
