Employee’s fear of snakes was not ADA-protected “disability,” since her condition did not substantially limit her in alleged major life activities of driving and working, as any limitation on driving, caused by attack of hysteria on seeing a snake, was merely temporary, and fear of snakes did not prevent employee from working in a broad class of jobs.
