170A Federal Civil ProcedureImproper conduct by defendant corporation’s officer in apparently flirting with members of jury did not require new trial where plaintiff did not move for mistrial at time improper conduct was pointed out at trial and where jury’s verdict was supported by evidence and where it was not clear that officer’s behavior resulted in improper influence.
