110 Criminal LawAlthough, as a result of arrangement between defendants and undercover operatives, defendants expected to receive profit before taxes of approximately $10 million each, amount was not so excessive as to exonerate defendants from criminal responsibility in accepting bribes, since defendants lived and worked in the top echelons of society.
