Artwork consisting of a second grade student’s handwritten copy of the Ten Commandments, which was used to promote movie, did not embody a degree of creativity sufficient to make it eligible for copyright protection; result was nothing more than words and phrases, long since dedicated to the public domain, rendered in juvenile penmanship.
