To satisfy possession element of offense of possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, government was not required to catch defendant with his “hand in the cookie jar”; government only needed to prove “constructive possession,” which could be established through circumstantial evidence and existed where evidence demonstrated ownership, dominion, authority, or control.
