12-26-14Although day following Christmas, a Friday, had been declared a holiday by county commission and the President, by executive order, had declared it would be a holiday for federal employees, since day did not fit definition of legal holiday according to Appellate Rule, the fact that last day for appeal fell thereon did not entitle appellant to extension of time.
