Headnote of the DaySandbagging and hide-the-ball trial tactics engaged in by Wisconsin State Legislature’s attorneys, in action challenging Legislature’s redistricting plan, warranted imposition of discovery sanctions upon counsel and law firm; District Court had previously made clear that it would not suffer the sort of disinformation, foot-dragging, and obfuscation engaged in by the members of the Legislature and/or their attorneys.
