A “Dance Hall” is any place that the public dances

10-17-14Any part of premises on which was maintained a “tavern” or “restaurant” business which was devoted to public dances was a “dance hall” within closing ordinance defining a “public dance hall” as any room or place of space at which a public dance may be held, and was required to be closed under provision requiring public dances to be closed from 1 a.m. until 8 a.m. on week days and from 1 a.m. on Sunday until 8 a.m. on Monday and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
