08-18-14Trial court erred in excluding law student’s camera from criminal calendar proceedings; presence of law student’s camera would have increased the openness of a judicial proceeding, and administrative burden of notifying all participants would not have been excessive, as the trial court had broad discretion in deciding how best to provide the requisite notice and opportunity to be heard.
