African-American employee who was terminated for sexual harassment was not similarly situated to Caucasian employee who was not disciplined for feeding stray cats, as required to establish racial discrimination under Title VII; feeding stray cats was not a clear violation of employer’s policy, and was entirely different conduct and not of the same seriousness as sexual harassment.
