The Institute for Corporate Counsel, co-sponsored by the New York City Bar and Thomson Reuters, is a day-long summit that will allow you to step inside the executive suite and learn from some of the most successful legal officers in global industry. Divided into hour-long sessions, each panel will feature a different group of general counsel from some the world’s largest and most successful public corporations. Each panel will focus on a distinct subject area, and each panelist will be asked to draw from their real world experience to describe the planning, strategy, and foresight that is required to add significant value to the operations of the corporation. At midday, the groups will gather together for a lunch and a keynote address by former Head of the Justice Department’s Antitrust Division Christine Varney and current White House Counsel Kathryn Ruemmler.
