August 15, 2012

One of the most important steps on the road to becoming a trusted business counselor is learning how to support the activities of the board of directors of your clients.  The attached report is intended as a practical primer on one very important aspect of counseling the board of directors–making sure that board meetings and other actions of the directors in the official capacity are conducted efficiently and in line with applicable legal requirements.  If you’re interested in further information please review the materials in Chapter 8 of the Business Counselor’s Law and Compliance Practice Manual (BCLCPM) authored by Alan Gutterman.
